We stand behind every song we create. If you're not completely satisfied with your custom song, we will work with you until you love it — or give you a full refund. No fine print, no runaround. Just a genuine commitment to making sure your experience is a positive one.
Free Revisions
Before we even discuss a refund, we'd love the chance to get it right. If your song doesn't quite match what you had in mind — whether it's the tone, the lyrics, or the overall feel — let us know. We offer free revisions so we can adjust your song until it feels perfect. Most of the time, a small tweak is all it takes.

When you reach out to us, you'll hear back from a real person — not an automated system. Email us at hello@custom-song.org and tell us what you'd like changed or why you're not satisfied. We'll respond within one business day and work with you personally to find the best solution.
How to Request a Refund
If free revisions haven't resolved your concerns and you'd like a refund, the process is simple:
- Email us at hello@custom-song.org with your order details and a brief explanation of why you're not satisfied.
- Our team will review your request and may reach out to better understand your feedback.
- If we're unable to resolve your concern through revisions, we'll approve your refund promptly.
- Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Download and Ownership
Please note that once a song has been downloaded, it is not eligible for a refund. Because digital content cannot be returned, we ask that you request any revisions or raise concerns before downloading the final version. If you have not yet downloaded your song, you are fully eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. All refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method used at checkout.
